        I found this 1993 GMC 2500 Vandura hightop carriage conversion. 33 years old with only 114000 miles on her! She was a wheelchair lift van for 1 family for 2 members over the 33 years! (The lift was removed) It's now my full-time home! Wood floors, insulated, ect. She drive like a dream! I can wait to break her in! Adventure awaits!…

        It always takes us where we want to go

        This van has a 5.7L (350cid) with a 4 speed auto trans and has never left us stranded or not taken us where we want to go. I drive Ford trucks and this GM van was gifted to me 10 years ago and I'll never get rid of it. It is a proven vehicle and has earned its place in my family of vehicles.…

        1984 Vandura keeps on trucking

        I bought my 84 g2500 Vandura 5 years ago from a private party, took a chance knowing nothing but gmc's good reputation, and i was surprised to find that after just regular oil changes, cleaning the spark plugs, new tires, and installing a new carburator had installed free (low income perk) it still runs like a champ! Albeit I've only put 20k miles on it, that's in town driving so it's harder on the engine. Maintenance is everything so I've always made sure fluids are clean but still seems too good to be true. The only issue that I have is the suspension, it could use me shocks, but if I drive ready on it and avoid potholes it does the job. This was a well built vehicle.…
